Our Commitment to Your Privacy
Devartes ('we', 'us', or 'our') operates the mobile games GPStrada, Element Lab, Space Frontier, and Heavy Playground (collectively, the 'Games'). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of our Games.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The short version: we do not collect, store, or share any personal data from users of our Games.
Information We Do Not Collect
Our Games do not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location data, device identifiers, or any other personal data. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking technologies.
Data Stored on Your Device
Some of our Games may store game progress, settings, or high scores locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the Game.
Children's Privacy
Our Games are suitable for all ages. Because we do not collect any personal data, our Games are compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.
Third-Party Services
Our Games do not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, or social media services that would collect data about you. If you download our Games through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, those platforms may collect data subject to their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of our Games after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
